PENGARUH MOBILISASI DINI TERHADAP PENYEMBUHAN LUKA POST SECTIO CAESAREA DI RUMAH SAKIT GRAND MEDISTRA LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2025
Introduction: Sectio Caesarea is a surgery to deliver a fetus by opening the abdominal and uterine walls. Early mobilization is a supportive factor in accelerating recovery and preventing postoperative complications. With early mobilization, vascularization becomes better so it will affect healing because the wound requires good blood circulation for cell growth and repair. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of early mobilization on the healing of post SC wounds. Method: This study uses a quantitative research design with a one group pretest-posttest design model, namely before it is implemented, observations are made on the sample and after treatment observation is carried out again. The data collection technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique.
Results: Based on the probability of the test results listed in the table, it can be known that the probability produced is 0.000. This means that the
probability < level of significance (α = 0.05), so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be stated that there is a significant difference between wound healing before early mobilization (Pretest) and wound healing after early mobilization (Postest). Conclusion: So it can be said that there is an Effect of Early Mobilization on Post Sectio Caesarea Wound Healing at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2025.
