The results showed that SIMRS was able to increase the speed and efficiency of services and
facilitate patient data processing. However, there were still obstacles such as network instability, data input errors, and duplication of medical record numbers. The system was also considered quite secure and easy to use, and was able to reduce paper use, although it requires maintenance costs The study's findings suggest that hospitals should improve network stability and server capacity, perform regular system maintenance, and provide routine training to staff to enhance accuracy and proficiency in using the SIMRS. This is expected to lead to more efficient SIMRS operations and greater contributions to improving the quality of hospital services.
