FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 DI PUSKESMAS LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2026

Results:
The results showed that psychosocial factors significantly influenced quality of life with a value of B = 0.282 and sig = 0.011, social environment with a value of B = 0.423 and sig = 0.007, economic factors with a value of B = 0.857 and sig = 0.000, and lifestyle with a value of B = 0.274 and sig = 0.009. Economic factors were found to be the most dominant factor influencing the quality of life of
patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Conclusion: This study indicates that psychosocial factors, social environment, economic factors, and lifestyle significantly influence the quality of life of patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus at Puskesmas Lubuk Pakam in 2026. Suggestion: It is recommended that the health center improve education, psychosocial support, and healthy lifestyle guidance in
order to enhance the quality of life of patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
