FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN ISPA PADA BALITA DI PUSKESMAS TANJUNG MORAWA TAHUN 2026
The results showed that most children had complete immunization status (79.3%), received exclusive breastfeeding (63.4%), had good nutritional status (75.6%), and did not experience ARI (61.0%). Bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between age and ARI incidence (p=0.000), immunization status and ARI incidence (p=0.003), exclusive breastfeeding and ARI incidence (p=0.000), and nutritional status and ARI incidence (p=0.006). Exclusive breastfeeding was identified as the strongest risk factor associated with ARI incidence, with an Odds Ratio (OR) of 8.70. It is recommended that Tanjung Morawa Public Health Center strengthen health education programs regarding the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, complete immunization, and adequate nutritional intake to reduce the incidence of ARI among under-five children.
