PEMANFAATAN APEL (Malus domestica) YANG DI FERMENTASI SEBAGAI BAHAN ALTERNATIF PENGGANTI ASAM ASETAT PADA PEMERIKSAAN PROTEIN URIN

Objective: To determine whether fermented apple (Malus domestica) vinegar can be used as an alternative substitute for acetic acid in urine protein examination. Method: This research is an experimental study. The method used in this study was the heat method.Results: The results of the urine protein examination using 6% acetic acid showed a negative (normal) result in the first sample, ++/2+ in the second sample, and ++/2+ in the third sample. Meanwhile, using fermented apple cider vinegar produced the same results: the first sample was negative (normal), the second sample was ++/2+, and the third sample was also ++/2+.
