HUBUNGAN INTENSITAS PENCAHAYAAN DENGAN KELUHAN KELELAHAN MATA PADA TENAGA ADMINISTRASI DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2026

This research was a quantitative study using an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all administrative employees at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam, totaling 94 employees. The sample included 94 respondents selected using a total sampling
technique. The results of the statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test showed a probability value (p) = 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant relationship between lighting intensity and complaints of eye fatigue among administrative staff at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam.It is recommended that the institution encourage employees to perform eye relaxation for at least 5–15 minutes every hour of computer use to reduce eye fatigue, such as by closing their eyes briefly or directing their gaze toward other objects.
