GAMBARAN PENERAPAN HYGIENE SANITASI MAKANAN PADA PENJAMAH MAKANAN DI DAPUR PROGRAM MAKAN BERGIZI GRATIS (MBG) KECAMATAN PERBAUNGAN TAHUN 2026
Results:
The results showed that most
respondents were aged 20–35 years (90.0%), had higher education levels (73.3%), and had work experience of less than 1 year (66.7%). The majority of respondents had good knowledge levels (56.7%), good Personal hygiene (66.7%), good equipment cleanliness (86.7%), good food processing practices (70.0%), and good food serving practices (86.7%). In addition, most food handlers complied with food Hygiene and sanitation standards (66.7%). Conclusion: The implementation of food Hygiene and sanitation among food handlers at the Free Nutritious Meal
Program (MBG) kitchen in Perbaungan District was generally categorized as good. However, several respondents still had not optimally implemented mask usage, handwashing before work, and hygienic food processing practices.
