Results:
The findings showed that most respondents perceived the health workers' services as good (31 respondents; 62.0%). In addition, the majority of respondents were satisfied with the services
received (30 respondents; 60.0%). The Chi-Square test revealed a p = 0.000 < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant relationship between health workers' services and pre-elderly satisfaction in the Free Health Check-Up Program at Sialang Public Health Center in 2026. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the quality of health workers' services and pre-elderly satisfaction. Better health services are associated with higher levels of satisfaction among pre-elderly participants. Improving communication, empathy, responsiveness, and reducing waiting time are recommended to enhance service quality and increase community participation in the Free Health Check-Up Program.
