HUBUNGAN PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL DENGAN GANGGUAN KECEMASAN PADA SISWA DI SMPN 1 LUBUK PAKAM
The results
showed that the distribution of respondent characteristics based on age was the most at the age of 15 years as many as 39 people (43.3%). The distribution of respondent characteristics by gender was most common among 47 men (52.2%). The distribution of respondent characteristics by class was in class IX as much as 39 (43.3%). The distribution of the rate of asymptomatic anxiety disorder was asymptomatic: 12.2%, mild: 38.9%, moderate: 37.8%, and severe: 11.1%. Frequency of infrequent use of social media 58.9%, frequency: 41.1%. The results of the statistical test using the
Chi-Square test showed a p-value = 0.002 (p < 0.05), which means that there is a relationship between social media use and anxiety disorders in students at SMPN 1 Lubuk Pakam.
