The results of the study showed that human factors were in the poor category (60.3%), organizational factors were poor (63.8%), technological factors were in the good category (63.8%), and benefit factors were in the good category (62.1%). Statistical test results indicate a significant relationship between human factors (P=0.003), organizational factors (P=0.021), technological factors (P=0.049), and benefits factors, all of which are highly significant (P=0.000) and readiness for RME implementation. Grandmed Hospital is recommended to focus on improving human resource competency through ongoing training and strengthening more structured organizational policies. This is necessary to support optimal technological aspects and perceived benefits, ensuring the overall success of the RME digital transformation.
