PENGARUH INTENSITAS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI TIKTOK TERHADAP KUALITAS TIDUR PADA REMAJA DI MTS AL-ISLAMIYAH KARANG ANYAR
Results:
Most respondents were 15 years old (42.5%) and female (54.0%). The majority demonstrated a moderate level of TikTok usage intensity (57.5%), while most respondents had good sleep quality (80.5%). The Spearman Rank analysis yielded a correlation coefficient of −0.011 with a p-value of 0.921 (p>0.05), indicating no statistically significant association between TikTok usage intensity and sleep quality. Conclusion: TikTok application usage intensity was not significantly associated with sleep quality among adolescents at MTs Al-Islamiyah Karang Anyar. Future studies are recommended to investigate additional factors influencing sleep quality, including stress, physical activity, overall screen time, and sleep habits.
