The results showed that there was no significant relationship between noise exposure intensity and symptoms of hearing disorders (p-value = 0.262), while there was a significant relationship between working period and symptoms of hearing disorders (p-value = 0.016). The conclusion of this study is that working period has a significant relationship with symptoms of hearing disorders among welding workshop workers, while noise exposure intensity does not show a significant relationship. Workers are advised to be more consistent in using hearing protection equipment, and workshop owners are encouraged to improve noise control efforts in the workplace.
