HUBUNGAN AKSES INFORMASI JADWAL DOKTER MELALUI INSTAGRAM DENGAN KEPERCAYAAN PENGUNJUNG DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2026

The results showed that the majority of respondents had good access to doctor schedule information through Instagram (50.7%) and had a high level of trust (52.9%) in the information provided by the hospital. There was a significant relationship between access to doctor schedule information through Instagram and visitor trust at Rumah Sakit Grandmed Lubuk Pakam in 2026, with a p-value of 0.000 α = 0.05.Good access to information through Instagram can build trust in hospital services. Therefore, it is recommended that the management of Rumah Sakit Grandmed Lubuk Pakam continue to optimize the use of Instagram as a communication medium in delivering doctor schedule information accurately, consistently, and responsively, as well as improve content quality to maintain and enhance visitor trust in hospital services.
