IMPLEMENTASI PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) SEBAGAI UPAYA KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA DALAM SISTEM PELAYANAN TUBERKULOSIS DI UPT PUSKESMAS PAGAR JATI TAHUN 2025

The results showed that the implementation of PPE use in TB patient services at Pagar Jati Public Health Center had been carried .out with the availability of masks, gloves, and hand sanitizers as well as standard operating procedures for PPE use. However, the use of PPE by healthcare workers
was still inconsistent and supervision of PPE compliance had not been carried out optimally. In conclusion, the implementation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) effort in tuberculosis services at Pagar Jati Public Health Center has been implemented but is not yet optimal. Increased supervision, routine evaluation, and improved
compliance of healthcare workers are needed so that PPE use can be carried out according to standards in preventing the risk of TB transmission.
