The results showed that the majority of respondents did not implement safety communication in the not implemented category (56.5%), and carried out safe behavior (58.0%) in employees. The results of the statistical test showed that there was a significant relationship between the implementation of safety communication and safe behavior in employees at PT. Karya Hevea Indonesian in 2026 with a p value = 0.043
