FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGGUNAAN MOBILE JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL (JKN) TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI KECAMATAN PAGAR MERBAU

The results showed that most respondents were aged 41–60 years (45.8%), female (55.2%), had a Diploma/Bachelor's degree (45.8%), and worked as farmers/laborers (47.9%). The Chi-Square test revealed significant associations between age (p = 0.001), education (p < 0.000), occupation (p < 0.000), knowledge (p < 0.000), and the use of the Mobile JKN application (p < 0.000) with community satisfaction in Pagar Merbau District. In conclusion, age, education, occupation, knowledge, and the use of the Mobile JKN application were significantly associated with community satisfaction. BPJS Kesehatan is expected to strengthen public education, socialization, and assistance regarding the use of the Mobile JKN application so that communities can utilize its features more effectively and improve their satisfaction with healthcare services.
