IDENTIFIKASI PERBEDAAN PERTUMBUHAN BAKTERI Salmonella Sp PADA IKAN SALMON DAN IKAN TUNA YANG DI JUAL DI SUPERMARKET

Objective: To determine the differences in the growth of Salmonella sp bacteria in salmon and tuna sold in supermarkets. Method: The method used in this study is a quantitative method by calculating the number of colonies (CFU/g). Results: The results of macroscopic morphological observations are transparent colonies with black in the middle and smooth colony surfaces. Microscopic results are rod-shaped bacteria (bacilli) gram-negative. Salmonella sp bacteria are rod-shaped, non-spore-forming and gram-negative.
