HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI KEAMANAN DATA DAN AKSES REAL- TIME DENGAN KEPUASAN PENGGUNA MOBILE JAMINAN KESEHATANNASIONAL (JKN)DIDESA BANGUNREJO KECAMATAN TANJUNG MORAWA

The results showed that most respondents had a good perception of data security (60.0%), and the majority of respondents were satisfied with using the Mobile JKN application, amounting to 42
respondents (64.6%). There was a significant relationship between perceptions of data security and real-time access with user satisfaction (p-value = 0.000 < α 0.05). This indicates that the better the perception of data security and the quality of real- time access, the higher the level of user satisfaction. Therefore, improving data security and real-time access are important factors in increasing user trust and satisfaction with the Mobile JKN application. It is recommended that BPJS
Kesehatan continue to improve data security systems, enhance application performance to make it faster and more stable, and provide responsive support services to increase user trust and satisfaction with the Mobile JKN application.
