ANALISIS KUALITAS PEWARNAAN SEDIAAN APUSAN DARAH MENGGUNAKAN EKSTRAK ANTOSIANIN BUAH NAGA (Hylocereus polyrhizus)

The research used a true experimental method with a post-test only control group design. Blood samples from three donors were used to prepare five slides each, stained with anthocyanin extract concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 95%. The results showed that the 95% concentration produced the best staining for erythrocytes, with an average score of 4 (clear color and visible morphology). However, the extract was ineffective for staining leukocytes and platelets, which were either not visible or only faintly observed.
