PENERAPAN FITUR PENDAFTARAN APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT (SIMRS) TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN

This study revealed significant results. The results obtained from this study are that the SIMRS application registration feature has a positive impact on outpatient services, but there are still system errors or unstable networks that cause employees to be hampered in registering patients. Therefore,
the recommendation from this study is for Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam to improve the quality of its information technology infrastructure, especially on network stability to support the smooth operation of the registration feature in the SIMRS application so that the patient registration process continues to run optimally without technical obstacles.
