HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN PEKERJA TENTANG ECO ENZYM DENGAN PEMANFAATAN SAMPAH ORGANIK DI SATUAN PELAYANAN PEMENUHAN GIZI (SPPG) KECAMATAN GALANG, KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG TAHUN 2026

The results of the study indicate that the majority of workers still have a low level of knowledge, specifically 38 workers (84.4%), and that most workers have not yet optimally utilized organic waste, specifically 37 workers (82.2%). Statistical test results indicate a significant relationship between workers’ knowledge and the utilization of organic waste (p = 0.001). Based on these results, there is a need to enhance education, training, and the provision of supporting facilities for organic
waste management. These efforts are crucial for improving knowledge while encouraging behavioral changes among workers in utilizing organic waste into valuable products such as eco-enzymes, thereby supporting more sustainable environmental management.
