Results:
The results showed that the majority of respondents had poor OSH knowledge, accounting for 44 respondents (73.3%), complied with PPE use, accounting for 35 respondents (58.3%), had a good work environment, accounting for 32 respondents (53.3%), and worked 8 hours per day, accounting
for 43 respondents (71.7%). Most respondents had never experienced hand injuries, accounting for 50 respondents (83.3%). Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between OSH knowledge and hand injuries (p = 0.002), PPE use and hand injuries (p = 0.012), work environment and hand injuries (p = 0.035), and work duration and hand injuries (p = 0.000). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between OSH knowledge, PPE use, work environment, and work duration with hand injuries among workers at Tawaqal Wood Factory in 2026. Improving OSH knowledge, increasing compliance with PPE use, enhancing work environment conditions, and implementing appropriate work duration management are expected to reduce the risk of hand injuries among workers.
