Purpose: To identify the presence of Escherichia coli bacteria on cutlery and drinkware in the restaurants.. Method: The research method used is experimental. Result: The results of the study showed that only bowl samples were positive for Escherichia coli, characterized by metallic green colony growth on EMBA media and Gram negative rod morphology from microscopic staining results.
