FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN LAMANYA PENYEMBUHAN RUPTUR PERINEUM PADA PERSALINAN NORMAL DI KLINIK JULIANA TANJUNG MORAWA
This study aims to determine the factors associated with the duration of perineal rupture healing in normal deliveries. The research design is a cross-sectional study conducted in May 2025 at Juliana Tanjung Morawa Clinic. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, involving 27 postpartum mothers. Data were collected through direct observation and questionnaires.
The results showed significant associations between maternal age, personal hygiene, cultural practices, and family support with the duration of perineal rupture healing (p = 0.000). It is recommended that midwives provide education about the importance of hygiene, family support, maternal age considerations, and cultural awareness during the postpartum period.
