IDENTIFIKASI BAKTERI Escherichia coli PADA DAUN KEMANGI SEBAGAI LALAPAN DI RUMAH MAKAN PECAL LELE LUBUK PAKAM

Purpose: To determine the presence of Eschrichia coli bacterial contamination in basil leaf in Pecal Lele Lubuk Pakam. Method: The research method used is descriptive. Result: Based on the results of the study showed 10 samples coded KM-01 to KM-10 on selective media for Escherichia coli identification. Two samples (KM-01 and KM-06) showed metallic green colonies indicating positive results for E. coli.
