PENGARUH PEMBERIAN INFRARED DAN CODMAN PENDULAR EXERCISE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS FUNGSIONAL PADA FROZEN SHOULDER DI RSU SEMBIRING TAHUN 2025
The prevalence of frozen shoulder in the United States is 2%-5% of the population and the condition is more common in women. Frozen shoulder is known as “frozen” shoulder where the inflammatory condition in the connective tissue around the shoulder joint thickens and tightens, leading to stiffness and pain associated with limited range of motion in the shoulder.Objective : To determine the Effect of Infrared and Codman Pendular Exercise to Increase Functional Activity on Frozen Shoulder at RSU Sembiring Delitua. Methods : This research is a quasi-experimental with one group pre-test and post-test design. Infrared and Codman Pendular Exercise interventions were carried out 2 times a week for 4 weeks with a total of 8 times the measuring instrument used was SPADI (Shoulder Pain And Disability Index).
