PENGARUH PENDARAHAN INTRA CEREBRAL TERHADAP PENURUNAN RTS (RAVISED TRAUMA SCORE) PASIEN TRAUMA KEPALA DI RUANGAN HIGH CARE UNIT RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2025
This research employed a quantitative analytical observational design with a cross- sectional approach. The sample consisted of all head trauma patients admitted to the High Care Unit of Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam in 2025 who met the inclusion criteria. Data were collected using medical record observation sheets, which included intracerebral hemorrhage findings based on CT-scan results and patient RTS scores. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with the Chi-Square test at a significance level of α = 0.05. Results: The findings showed that most head trauma patients with intracerebral hemorrhage had low RTS values. Statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test revealed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between intracerebral hemorrhage and decreased RTS among head trauma patients
