HUBUNGAN POLA MAKAN DENGAN KEKAMBUHAN PENYAKIT GASTRITIS DI RS GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2025
This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 60 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out using a diet questionnaire and a gastritis recurrence questionnaire. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents had a poor diet (56.7%) and a rare recurrence rate (43.3%). Chi-square test results showed a significant association between dietary habits and gastritis recurrence (p = 0.000). Conclusion: There is a significant association between dietary habits and gastritis recurrence in patients at GrandMed Hospital Lubuk Pakam. Improving regular eating habits and avoiding foods that trigger stomach irritation can help reduce the frequency of gastritis recurrences.
