PENGARUH MOBILISASI DINI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PEMENUHAN ACTIVITY DAILY LIVING PADA PASIEN POST OP FRAKTUR EKSTREMITAS BAWAH DI RS GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2025
Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately using the Wilcoxon test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that the average value of the fulfillment of Activity Daily Living (ADL) before being given early mobilization intervention was 2.06, and increased to 2.97 after being given the intervention. The Wilcoxon test showed a Z value = -3.385 with a p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means there was a significant influence between the fulfillment of Activity Daily Living before and after being given early mobilization. Early mobilization significantly improves Activity of Daily Living (ADL) performance in patients post-operatively with lower extremity fractures. Planned and gradual implementation of early mobilization can increase patient independence and accelerate the recovery process.
