PENGARUH TERAPI AKUPRESUR TERHADAP MUAL MUNTAH PADA POST KEMOTERAPI PASIEN KANKER PAYUDARA DI RUANGAN KEMOTERAPI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2025
The level of nausea and vomiting was measured before and after acupressure therapy. Data analysis was performed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance level of 0.05. Results: Before acupressure therapy, the majority of respondents experienced mild nausea and vomiting as many as 17 respondents (38.6%) and no respondents were in the category of no nausea and vomiting. After therapy, the majority of respondents were in the category of no nausea and vomiting as many as 17 respondents (38.6%), and only 3 respondents (6.8%) still experienced severe nausea and vomiting. The Wilcoxon test results showed a Z value of -6.403 with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference between the levels of nausea and vomiting before and after acupressure therapy.
