PENGARUH LAMA PENYIMPANAN INFUSED WATER LEMON (Citrus Limon) PADA PERTUMBUHAN BAKTERI

Purpose: To determine the effect of long storage of infused water lemon (Citrus limon) on bacterial growth. Method: The research method used is experimental. Result: he results showed that the average number of bacteria increased with increasing storage time, namely 4.33 CFU/mL (6 hours), 17.00 CFU/mL (12 hours), 65.33 CFU/mL (24 hours), and 195.33 CFU/mL (48 hours). ANOVA test showed significant differences between groups (p = 0.000). Post Hoc test showed significant differences especially in the 48-hour group compared to other storage times.
