PERBANDINGAN HASIL PEMERIKSAAN GLUKOSA PUASA DARAH KAPILER DENGAN DARAH VENA MENGGUNAKAN ALAT GLUKOMETER DI LABORATORIUM RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH PORSEA
Objective: To compare fasting blood glucose levels obtained from capillary and venous blood samples using a glucometer. Methods: This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive-analytic approach and a cross-sectional design. The study involved 34 participants selected using accidental sampling. Blood glucose measurements were conducted using the Accu-Chek Performa glucometer, and the data were analyzed using the Paired T-Test. Results: The mean capillary blood glucose level was 132.50 mg/dL, while the venous blood glucose level was 131.76 mg/dL. A statistically significant difference was found between the glucose levels of capillary and venous blood samples, with a p-value of 0.003 (α = 0.05).
