ANALISIS KADAR ELEKTROLIT PADA PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH HARAPAN INSAN SENDAWAR

Objective: This study aims to analyze electrolyte levels in chronic kidney disease patients at Harapan Insan Sendawar Regional Public Hospital. Methods: This research used a descriptive quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach involving 31 CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. Electrolyte levels were obtained from laboratory test results and analyzed descriptively. Results: Most patients had normal sodium levels (48.4%), while 38.7% experienced hyponatremia. Potassium levels were normal in 67.7% of patients, with 22.6% experiencing hyperkalemia. Chloride levels were also normal in 64.5% of patients, with 22.6% experiencing hyperchloremia.
