IDENTIFIKASI BAKTERI UDARA PADA RUANGAN AC DAN NON AC MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA BAP DENGAN TEKNIK PEWARNAAN GRAM

Objective : To identify the types of bacteria found in air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms using Blood Agar Plate (BAP) media with Gram staining technique. Method : The research method used was the Setting Plate. Results : The results showed that the microscopic morphology of the bacteria was gram-positive and gram-negative staphylococcus.
