ANALISA HUBUNGAN ANTARA KADAR HBA1C TERHADAP KADAR GULA DARAH PUASA (GDP) DAN GULA DARAH SEWAKTU (GDS) PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS TIPE II DI RUMAH SAKIT SWASTA HARAPAN SEHAT DI KOTA MEULABOH TAHUN 2025
Research Objective: To analyze the relationship between HbA1c levels and both Fasting Blood Glucose (FBG) and Random Blood Glucose (RBG) levels in Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients at Harapan Sehat Private Hospital, Meulaboh City, in 2025. Method: This study employed a cross-sectional design using the Contour Plus POCT enzymatic method and Ion-Exchange HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). Results: The study found that among patients with normal HbA1c levels, 11 (50.0%) had high RBG levels; among those with moderately high HbA1c levels, 21 (91.3%) had high RBG levels; and among those with high HbA1c levels, 39 (97.5%) had high RBG levels. Regarding FBG, the study found that among patients with normal HbA1c levels, 4 (40.0%) had normal FBG levels; among those with moderately high HbA1c levels, 17 (77.3%) had high FBG levels; and among those with high HbA1c levels, 51 (96.2%) had high FBG levels.
