PERBANDINGAN KADAR GLUKOSA DARAH SEWAKTU MENGGUNAKAN ALAT SPEKTROFOTOMETER DAN GLUKOMETER PADA PENDERITA DIABETES MELLITUS DI RS. COLUMBIA ASIA MEDAN

The aim of this study was to determine the comparison of blood glucose levels when using a spectrophotometer and glucometer in diabetes mellitus sufferers at Columbia Asia Hospital Medan. The design of this research is analytical descriptive, with a cross-sectional design carried out in April - June 2023 using 30 samples used for blood glucose examination using a spectrophotometer and glucometer. Data analysis used the Paired T-Test. The results of the research show that there is a significant comparison between checking blood glucose levels using a spectrophotometer and a glucometer and the values P- value = 0,000 ( < dari nilai 0,05).
