PENGARUH EFEK SAMPING OBAT ANTI TUBERKULOSIS (OAT) TERHADAP KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PASIEN TB PARU (+) DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LUAHAGUNDRE MANIAMOLO
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of side effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) on compliance with taking medication in patients with pulmonary TB (+). The type of research conducted was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients with pulmonary TB (+) at the Luahagundre Maniamolo Health Center with a sample of 22 patients. The study found that the characteristics of respondents who mostly suffered from pulmonary TB came from the age group 46-50 years and 51-55 years, male gender, farmer group and elementary school education level. The Fisher's Exact Test obtained the results of p = 0.065 in the test of mild side effects of drugs on medication adherence and p = 1,000 in the test of severe side effects of drugs on medication adherence.
