ANALISA HASIL PEMERIKSAAN DAHAK PENDERITA TB DENGAN GENEXPERT (TCM) DAN PEWARNAAN ZIEHL NEELSEN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH PANDAN

Purpose of the study To determine the analysis of the results of sputum examination of TB patients with GeneXpert (TCM) and Ziehl Neelsen staining at Pandan Regional General Hospital. The research method with a descriptive observational research type with a cross-sectional approach. Research results From 30 respondents, there were 8 respondents (26.64%) sputum examination of TB patients with GeneXpert device negative category (-) against sputum examination of TB patients with Zhiel Neelsen staining negative category (-), 5 respondents (16.65%) sputum examination of TB patients with GeneXpert device very low category (+) against sputum examination of TB patients with Zhiel Neelsen staining positive category 1 (+), 2 respondents (6.76%) sputum examination of TB patients with GeneXpert device low category (++) against sputum examination of TB patients with Zhiel Neelsen staining positive category 2 (++), 10 respondents (33.30%) sputum examination of TB patients with GeneXpert device high category (++++) against sputum examination of TB patients with Zhiel Neelsen staining positive category 3 (+++), and 5 respondents (16.65%) sputum examination of TB patients with GeneXpert device very medium category (+++) against sputum examination of TB patients with Zhiel Neelsen staining positive category 3 (+++). The results of the analysis show that the probability value is (0.02)
