ANALISA KISTA PROTOZOA USUS KELAS RHIZOPODA PADA TINJA ANAK USIA 7-9 TAHUN DI UPTD PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN GUNUNGSITOLI UTARA

The aim of this study was to determine the appearance of intestinal Protozoa cysts using the Direct smear method using 1% Lugol cysts. The researcher is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research was conducted at t he Chemistry Biology Laboratory at Sari Mutiara University, Indonesia. The results of the research showed that of the 40 materials examined there were 2 people infected
with intestinal Protozoa cysts in sample codes S2 (Entamoeba coli) and S 12 (Giardia lam bia), and there were also positives in sample code S 6 (Hymenolepis nana/tapeworm) which are worm eggs. from the class Cestoda.
