HUBUNGAN METODE EASYMOVE DENGAN NYERI PUNGGUNG PADA PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANMED LUBUK PAKAM
The Easymove method is an ergonomic approach designed to help nurses apply safe work techniques through the use of correct body posture, lever principles. This study aims to determine the relationship between the application of the Easymove method and the level of back pain in nurses at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam in 2025. This study used a quantitative design with a
cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 36 nurses selected using a total sampling technique according to the inclusion criteria. The level of application of the Easymove method was measured using an ergonomics application questionnaire, while the level of back pain was assessed using a musculoskeletal pain scale instrument. Data analysis was performed bivariately using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that the majority of nurses had a good level of application of the Easymove method (55.6%), while back pain in the moderate category was the most dominant complaint (47.2%).
