PERBEDAAN HASIL PEMERIKSAAN MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS METODE TES CEPAT MOLEKULER DAN MIKROSKOPIS DI PUSKESMAS SIMPANG EMPAT KABUPATEN ASAHAN

Objective : To determine the difference in the results of microscopic examination of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the molecular rapid test. Method : The research method used is experimental. Result : Of the 35 sputum samples, 18 microscopic examinations and 20 molecular rapid test examination samples received a score of 0; 3 microscopic examination samples and 4 molecular rapid test samples received a score of 1; 5 microscopic examination samples and 6 molecular rapid test samples received a score of 2, which means there is a difference in results between the two examination methods.
