PERBANDINGAN HASIL PEMERIKSAAN Mycobacterium tuberculosis DENGAN ALAT GENEXPERT DAN PEWARNAAN ZIEHL NEELSEN DI PUSKESMAS BATU ANAM KABUPATEN SIMALUNGUN

Purpose of the study To determine the comparison of the results of Mycobacterium tuberculosis examination with the GeneXpert tool and Ziehl Neelsen staining at the Batu Anam Health Center, Simalungun Regency. The research method is a type of descriptive analytical research using an approach called cross sectional. Research results From 25 respondents, there were 17 respondents (68%) of mycobacterium tuberculosis examination using the genExpert tool in the high category of 10 respondents (40%), medium 5 respondents (20%), 2 respondents (8%) of mycobacterium tuberculosis examination using the Ziehl Neelsen staining category were positive (+), while 8 respondents (32%) of mycobacterium tuberculosis examination using the genExpert tool were in the negative category (-) of mycobacterium tuberculosis examination using the Ziehl Neelsen staining category were negative (-).
