ANALISA KADAR HEMOGLOBIN DAN KADAR FERITIN TERHADAP ANEMIA PADA PASIEN GGK YANG MENJALANI HEMODIALISA DI RUMAH SAKIT KHUSUS GINJAL RASYIDA MEDAN
This study aims to analyze the relationship between Hb levels and ferritin levels on the incidence of anemia in GGK patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Rasyida Kidney Special Hospital Medan. This type of research is descriptive analytics with a cross-sectional design. Based on calculations, a sample of 39 GGK respondents was obtained at the Rasyida Kidney Special Hospital in Medan, using the Purposive sampling method. The data were collected through Hb and Ferritin levels and analyzed with the Spearman correlation test. The results showed that the majority of patients (74.3%) had severe anemia with an average Hb level of 7.44 g/dL, while ferritin levels were mostly high with an average of 729.9 ng/mL, indicating chronic inflammation. The results of the study were obtained by analyzing statistical data with the Spearman test showing that there was a significant relationship between hemoglobin levels and anemia status (r = 0.758; p < 0.001), but no significant relationship was found between ferritin levels and anemia (r = -0.045; p = 0.787).
