PENGARUH MOBILISASI DINI TERHADAP INTENSITAS NYERI PADA PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESAREA (SC) DI RUANGAN 2B RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2025
Sectio Caesarea (SC) is an alternative for a woman chooses the birth process despite medical indications and for non-medical indications, caesarean section will break continuity or tissue junctions due to incisions that will remove pain receptors so the patient will feel pain, especially
after the anesthetic effect wears off.This procedure can be performed electively or in emergencies. This study used a quasi-experimental design, employing a pretest and posttest using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of the study were obtained. Based on the analysis of the Paired T-test, the p-value was obtained = .000 < a = 0.05, thus the research hypothesis was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an effect of early mobilization on pain intensity in post-cesarean section (SC) patients in Room 2b at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam in 2025.
