PEMERIKSAAN JUMLAH LEUKOSIT DENGAN ALAT HEMATOLOGY ANALYZER DAN PEMERIKSAAN JENIS LEUKOSIT METODE SEDIAAN APUSAN DARAH TERHADAP PASIEN POSITIF TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI RUMAH SAKIT KHUSUS PARU MEDAN TAHUN 2025

This type of research used a Hematology Analyzer and blood smear method. The purpose of this study was to determine the number and type of leukocytes. This research was conducted in April-May at the Special Lung Hospital in Medan 2023 with a sample of 20 people with positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Results of the study 20 samples of positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients, there were 9 patients 45(%) who had leukocytosis, and there were 4 patients 20(%) Leukopenia, and there were 7 patients 35(%) and the results of the examination The type of leukocytes was 1 patient (5%) which increased eosinophils, 4 patients (20%) had increased types of lymphocytes, 1 patient 5(%) had increased Monocytes, 2 patients (10%) had increased Stem Neutrophils, and 1 patient (5%) had increased Segment Neutrophils.
