PERBEDAAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN PRE DAN POST HEMODIALISIS PADA PASIEN CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE (CKD) DI RSUP H. ADAM MALIK MEDAN

This study aimed to examine the difference in hemoglobin levels before and after hemodialysis in CKD patients at RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan. A quantitative quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest approach without a control group was used. The sample consisted of 20 randomly selected patients. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and paired t-test. Results showed an increase in mean hemoglobin levels from 8.29 g/dL to 10.23 g/dL after hemodialysis. The paired t-test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference.
