GAMBARAN PERBANDINGAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN PADA IBU HAMILSEBELUM DAN SESUDAH MELAKUKAN PERSALINAN SC (Sectio Caesarea) DI RUMAH SAKIT METTA MEDIKA II SIBOLGA
This research employed an analytical study with a quantitative approach and a pre-experimental design (one-group pretest-posttest). Data were collected from the medical records of pregnant women who underwent a Cesarean section (CS) at Metta Medika II Hospital, Sibolga. The Wilcoxon statistical test was used to analyze the difference in hemoglobin levels before and after the CS, as the data were not normally distributed. The results showed a decrease in the mean hemoglobin level from 11.2 g/dL before the CS to 9.6 g/dL after the procedure. The Wilcoxon test yielded a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference between hemoglobin levels before and after the CS.
