ANALISIS FUNGSI GINJAL BERDASARKAN KADAR PROTEIN URINE PADA IBU HAMIL DENGAN HIPERTENSI DI RSIA ARTHA MAHINRUS MEDAN
The purpose of this study was to see whether there is a relationship between kidney function based on urine protein levels in pregnant women with hypertension at RSIA Artha Mahinrus Medan. The type of research conducted was cross-sectional with purposive sampling method. The population in this study were all pregnant women with hypertension at RSIA Artha Mahinrus Medan, with a sample size of 15 patients after calculations using the Slovin formula. The study found that 80% of hypertensive pregnant women had positive urine protein 1 (+), 13% of hypertensive pregnant women had positive urine protein 2 (++), 7% of hypertensive pregnant women had positive urine protein 3 (+++). In the Chi Square correlation test, the p value was obtained = 12.92 against p α table = 16.91, So the conclusion is that there is no relationship between urine protein levels and kidney function in pregnant women with hypertension.
