PERBANDINGAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN DARAH VENA DAN DARAH KAPILER DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA WANITA USIA SUBUR
Objective: To compare hemoglobin levels between venous and capillary blood and assess their relationship with anemia incidence in women of reproductive age.
Methods: This study used an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 35 women of reproductive age. Hemoglobin levels were measured using both venous and capillary blood. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Results: The mean hemoglobin level from venous blood was 10.4 g/dL, while from capillary blood it was 10.1 g/dL. The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of 0.053 (p > 0.05), indicating no statistically significant difference between venous and capillary hemoglobin levels. The incidence of anemia based on venous blood was 85.7%, and based on capillary blood was 91.4%, with most classified as moderate anemia.
