PERBANDINGAN HASIL PEMERIKSAAN TRIGLISERIDA MENGGUNAKAN SERUM SEGAR DENGAN SERUM YANG DISIMPAN SELAMA 24 JAM PADA SUHU 2-8℃ DI KLINIK TIRTA MEDICAL CENTRE
This study aims to compare triglyceride levels between fresh serum and serum stored for 24 hours at 2–8°C at Tirta Medical Centre Clinic. A descriptive-analytic method was used to compare the results under two storage conditions. The results showed a statistically significant difference between fresh serum (mean: 125.95 mg/dL) and stored serum (mean: 124.30 mg/dL), with a mean difference of 1.65 mg/dL. Although this difference is clinically small, statistical analysis revealed a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference.
